In a way, yes you could consider them as part of a cloud solution but only provide storage. Cloud computing refers to actually processing in some location that you don't know or care about. You put your request into the cloud and whatever system is available and has the resources deals with it.
If all of those sites combined to a single interface then that would be more like a cloud scenario.
