What is Cloud Computing?

hello i am a new student at GTCC and my first thing is to learn about Cloud Computing wall manly watch some videos on youtube about it but i still don't get it what is cloud computing? can some one please give me a brife understanding of what this is that IBM is doing?What is Cloud Computing?
