Modern day Customer Relationship Management is a Hosted service or a Software as a service (SaaS), which again utilizes the power of cloud computing to help companies in carrying out their day to day activities, it provides accurate or good data in the systems for marketing and analytics purposes,



Managements today are making optimum use of this rich resource, collected in the company CRM systems, to make alert and informed decisions.
